Parade of Homes Participation Disclaimer
By registering for this event, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem (HBAWS) from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities for bodily injury, death, or property damage arising from activities on or about the home.
I further agree that if any legal matter arises related to my participation in which HBAWS is named as a defendant, I will be responsible for the cost of independent legal representation for HBAWS until the matter is resolved.
I acknowledge that HBAWS shall not be considered in breach of this agreement if performance is prevented by circumstances beyond its control, including Acts of God.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification from future Parade of Homes participation at the discretion of the HBAWS Parade of Homes Committee.
