HBAWS will invoice attendees. Estimate cost $45
Cancellations must be received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled event start time.
Registrants who cancel less than seventy-two (72) hours before the event, or who fail to attend without providing notice, will be charged the cost of the meal or any prepaid expenses incurred by the Association on their behalf.
