Position Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is
critical to the success of our projects, and we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
You will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish—quoting, running, and billing
jobs—and ensuring they’re completed on time, on budget, and to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage multiple residential remodeling projects
• Accurately estimate and quote new jobs based on project scope, materials, and labor
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure quality control
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Track project budgets and expenses; manage and approve invoices and change orders
• Submit timely and accurate billing for projects
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and resolve conflicts with a solutions-first mindset
• Maintain organized records and documentation for each job

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2–5 years of residential construction or remodeling experience
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes
• Proven project management experience—able to lead multiple jobs independently
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable using software for quoting, billing, and job tracking
• High level of organization, follow-through, and accountability
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
