We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Residential Construction Site Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end custom homes. This individual will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining quality standards, ensuring schedule adherence, and delivering an exceptional building experience for our clients.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking through homeowner occupancy.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules.
• Maintain exceptional quality control throughout every phase of construction.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, building codes, and company standards.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, engineering plans, and specifications.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with local building officials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
• Identify and resolve construction issues before they impact schedule or quality.
• Work closely with project managers regarding budgets, scheduling, change orders, and client requests.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, architects, interior designers, engineers, and consultants.
• Monitor material deliveries and verify quantities and quality.
• Complete daily job logs, progress reports, and photo documentation.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
• Assist in final punch list completion and ensure homes are delivered with exceptional quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a residential superintendent, preferably with custom or luxury homes.
• Thorough understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Working knowledge of residential building codes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building custom homes valued at $1 million and above or $550k remodels.
• Knowledge of high-end finishes, cabinetry, millwork, luxury interiors, and specialty installations.
