Red Door Insurance Group is looking for an energetic Insurance Producer to specialize in the residential construction industry. You'll work directly with custom home builders, general contractors, remodelers, and trade contractors, helping them protect the businesses they've worked hard to build.

This isn't a cold-call call center job. It's a relationship-driven career where you'll become a trusted advisor to some of the most respected businesses in our community.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with residential builders, remodelers, and specialty contractors.
• Network with contractors, lenders, real estate professionals, and industry partners.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and prospecting.
• Meet with business owners to understand their risks and insurance needs.
• Design insurance solutions that protect businesses, employees, equipment, and projects.
• Work alongside our service team to provide an exceptional client experience.
• Continue learning about the construction industry and commercial insurance.

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of insurance experience. We can teach insurance.
